Tracey from Rise and Flow https://riseandflow.co.nz/ will take us on a journey called Play Flow (in the big church hall).

The Flow Arts are both a hobby and a sport, combining martial arts, dance, circus arts, and skill-based object manipulation. We will undertake a simple, unstructured workshop.

Participants can have a go at a variety of Flow toys and get a few pointers along the way.

Please note that places are limited and priority will be given to members on a first registered and paid basis.

We will have a light afternoon tea.
